This breakthrough discovery prompted Prague-based dietary supplement company Areko to partner with the two distinguished scientists. Together, they developed Ovosan — an innovative nutritional formulation utilizing targeted phospholipid compounds derived from their research. This partnership combined Areko’s production capabilities with scientific expertise to develop targeted supplements utilizing bioactive lipids.
Ovosan’s 1998 European launch initiated a transformative chapter in cellular health, establishing the scientific foundation for Immod’s U.S.-based advancements that ultimately lead to the perfection of this innovation into CellBB.

Chris has more than 30 years of experience with phospholipids and their bio-active properties in a whole array of environments, including living tissues and organisms, and using state-of-the-art analytical methods and equipment. He was working as a lipidomic analysis expert at Machavert Pharmaceuticals, the expert at Department of Pharmacology, School of Medicine, University of Colorado in a lab of Prof. Bob Murphy and also at the National Jewish Health in Denver. Chris has coauthored several scientific papers and holds a B.S. from the Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO.
Marian Kraus
Born in former Czechoslovakia and educated at leading German business schools, Marian brings extensive international corporate sales and marketing experience and over 25 years as an entrepreneurial visual artist. His creative vision shapes the visual presentation and expansion of Immod Innovations. Deeply passionate about metaphysics, meditation, sound therapy and Nature, Marian blends business acumen with a commitment to personal growth and holistic well-being.

Immod was launched by scientists following years of laboratory research inspired by a supplement Ovosan, well established in Europe.
- The research led to the discovery of an activation of Natural Killer (NK) of the immune system cells by a natural phospholipid from Ovosan.
- The molecular mechanism of NK activation is unknown which stalls drug development efforts. We can already bring this discovery to customers as a supplement.
