All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping via USPS. At checkout, you will see the default “free shipping” option selected.
Expedited Shipping and Shipping outside of the United States
If you need expedited or international shipping, select a different shipping method. We offer flat-rate shipping options for expedited and international shipments for a surcharge. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout, your shipping options should show in the summary.
We offer fast, reliable, and trackable shipping, and we understand that shipping rates can make or break your choice to order online. We are committed to offering the least expensive and most efficient shipping options.
Prices are estimated on usual distance, package sizes, and carrier rates. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges if the shipping costs are excessive due to a remote location, size of the requested package etc.

International Shipments
International orders are shipped directly from the United States. Immod is not responsible for customs fees or duties and cannot guarantee customs clearance in a destination country outside the United States. Any shipments blocked by customs will be refunded only after the shipment is returned by the customer and received by Immod in an undamaged condition; otherwise, refunds will not be issued.
International orders can be shipped by USPS or DHL. We offer a default flat rate option that will work for most destinations, but the price might be further adjusted based on distance, weight, and carrier rates.
We will contact you if an adjustment of the shipping cost is needed.

Tracking Shipments
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once packages are shipped, and orders can be tracked on our website at immodinn.com/track-my-order/.
Order Adjustments
Once the order is placed, the order can no longer be adjusted or canceled after 5 pm MST on the business day when the order was placed.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days of your order so we can help you return your order for a product refund, or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. Returns must include the product and the order number to be refunded. Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted 30 days after the order date, and refunds are no longer issued.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Immod Innovations return policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
**Immod is not responsible for paying return shipments on domestic and international orders. International returns must be returned by the customer, and a refund will be honored only after the product is received by Immod. Any orders left unclaimed or abandoned at customs will not be refunded.**

Once we receive your return, we will refund you within seven business days. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Shipping charges and the cost of return shipping will not be refunded. We do not provide return shipping labels.
